I don’t think it’s enough to just take their word for it. It’s not enough for us to tell states to consider making data centers pay for grid updates.

I want Congress to pass legislation with real teeth that will require data centers to pay their fair share of the grid upgrades they require and doesn’t shift costs onto American families.

This is nothing more than a messaging bill on the eve of an election.
