Mr. Lilly, we now have 12 reported new world screwworm infestations in the continental United States. I frankly worry that there could be many more infestations in the wildlife populations as opposed to livestock that have not been detected, and that the federal government is not adequately focusing on, in part due to the lack of staff on the ground in our public lands, parks, and wildlife refuges.
