I have been very vocal about how misguided it is to ask small community institutions to finance our Nation's infrastructure.

By potentially raising interest rates the Fed would endorse the idea that our economy is on a stable path towards full recovery.

We are not even really having the decency to maintain all of the infrastructure that previous generations have built and given to us.
