I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 11, line 12, insert before the semicolon ``, including, where appropriate, instruction and professional development in science, math, technology, and engineering education''. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 392, the gentleman from New Mexico (Mr. Lujan) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from New Mexico.
