Let me close and let me state the facts, the facts, once again. This bill does not force anyone to be taken off the program. I do not know where they are getting this information, but we have two statements of administration policy from the Executive Office of the President concerning this bill, and neither one says they are worried about people being forced off the program with the funding level included in the bill. We have heard these scare tactics once again raised, but, Mr. Chairman, they are not true, we have given our colleagues the facts, and I oppose this amendment.
