this amendment will increase funding for the U.S. Trade Representative's Office to the level the President requested, also to the level the House appropriators have proposed. It adds nearly $4.5 million to the budget for the U.S. Trade Representative's Office. This is funding that is needed to enforce our trade agreements. We just entered into three new free-trade agreements. They need the personnel in order to try to enforce these. We have a great many trade disputes with China--all of us are aware of that--and other major industrial countries as well. This amendment has the support of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Farm Bureau, and the National Pork Producers Council. This is good legislation which I hope all Senators will support. I yield the floor. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Who yields time in opposition? If all time is yielded back, the question is on agreeing to the amendment, as modified. The amendment (No. 771), as modified, was agreed to. Amendment No. 810 The PRESIDING OFFICER. The next amendment is the Sessions amendment No. 810. The Senator from Alabama.
