The hearing will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2011, at 9:30 a.m., in room SD-366 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the nominations of Gregory H. Woods, to be General Counsel, Department of Energy, David T. Danielson, to be an Assistant Secretary of Energy (Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy), Department of Energy, and LaDoris G. Harris, to be Director for the Office of Minority Economic Impact, Department of Energy. Because of the limited time available for the hearing, witnesses may testify by invitation only.
