We fully support Chairman Bingaman's caution that any temporary storage facility must not become a permanent one.

It's a very important issue. I look forward to learning from the witnesses whatever can be done.

The purpose of the hearing, the focus of it, is to talk about the impacts of climate change on the Intermountain West.
