We write today to congratulate you for introducing the Supply Star Act (S. 3396). Your legislation would create within the Department of Energy a program known as 'Supply Star,' whose sole purpose would be improving the efficiency with which enterprises related to each other through manufacturing supply chains use energy, water and other natural resources.
