today I am introducing the Oil and Gas Facilitation Act of 2011. Its provisions are drawn from a bill reported out of the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources on a bipartisan basis in the last Congress. I look forward to working with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle as we move forward on these issues in this Congress. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the text of this bill be printed in the Record. There being no objection, the text of the bill was ordered to be printed in the Record, as follows: S. 916 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS. (a) Short Title.--This Act may be cited as the ``Oil and Gas Facilitation Act of 2011''.
