this modification would provide that instead of the $60 million that is in the bill now for the operation of our Federal courts, there would be $65 million, and that the additional funding could be used for both responding to recent Supreme Court decisions, responding to recently enacted legislation, and responding to the increased immigration-related filings in the Federal court. This is a good amendment. It is one that is important, particularly for the States where these immigration-related filings are happening. I believe this is an acceptable amendment to both sides, and I urge my colleagues to support it. I believe it can be agreed to on a voice vote. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
