Mr. Chair, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following: SECTION 1. DOMESTIC OIL AND GAS FOR THE SPR. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Energy shall, to the greatest extent possible, acquire petroleum products for the Strategic Petroleum Reserve that are produced from sources located in the United States.
