Chaco is central to New Mexico’s identity — a living cultural landscape, a sacred place and an irreplaceable unit of our national public lands. The Administration’s attempt to revoke the protections of this landscape, built through years of consultation and community engagement, with just 14 days of public comment is disingenuous and disrespectful.
