The Attorney General’s duty is to uphold the rule of law, defend the Constitution, and ensure that justice is applied fairly and equally to every American.

This week in Taos, I was proud to announce my new legislation to protect ticket buyers because when New Mexicans spend their hard-earned money on a concert or event, they deserve to know the ticket they are buying actually exists.

We are concerned that rolling back this rule would hurt our state’s economy, diminish its wildlife, and endanger its residents.

The innovation and creativity that IAIA inspires to solve some of our greatest challenges – both here at home and around the world – is why I’m so proud to support this institution.
