I hope that is somewhere we can have a more robust conversation, look at methodology, understand what may or may not be occurring in that space so that we can move forward with funding, especially given the decision that came down from the Supreme Court so that we can just have initiatives for water settlements that move forward to ensure that our brothers and sisters are able to get the water that is theirs.
