Senator Ben Ray Luján helped shape the Fix Our Forests Act through the Senate Agriculture Committee, securing provisions reflecting New Mexico priorities.

That’s why I’m reintroducing the CARE Act to raise the standard and bring our agricultural labor laws in line with other industries to better protect children and improve their working conditions.

I’ll continue working to lower costs and support small businesses across New Mexico.
