As the Senator for New Mexico, and as the longtime U.S. Representative for IAIA’s home in Santa Fe, I’m honored to be appointed to this important leadership position.

The survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s horrific crimes — and the American people — deserve transparency and accountability, not continued efforts to withhold information or shield those in positions of power.

I will continue fighting to protect the independence of the DOJ and ensure that no one is above the law.

That’s why I introduced the GHOST Act to protect consumers, hold bad actors accountable, and bring greater transparency and fairness to the ticket marketplace.
