Whether it’s making sure our parents and grandparents can receive care in the place they call home or ensuring families have enough food on the table, New Mexicans deserve the support they need to live healthy lives with dignity,

Now, we have to make sure every eligible New Mexican has the resources they need to apply.

I’ll continue fighting to strengthen home-based care, support caregivers, and protect SNAP from attacks that would make it harder for families to get the food they need.

I'm proud to see this legislation advance out of the Indian Affairs Committee, a vital step toward getting this bill across the finish line.
