So between 2002 and 2009, the beginning of the year, there have been no performance measures put together to be able to measure the success or failure of this program?

the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA), this program was created to provide compensation and justice to those Americans who suffered devastating health impacts of nuclear weapon development and testing.
This budget makes investment, not only in individuals and families impacted by substance abuse, but also across different communities at are especially highly at risk to overdose.
