Senator Pell has stated it correctly. He stated that it is his opinion. He carefully delineated between what is fact and what is opinion. Now, that is the reason I respect Senator Pell. I have enjoyed working with him on the committee. But, when we start saying that another Senator has done so and so and he is taking on the whole business future worldwide of the United States of America, that is when I have to protest and that is when I say, ``Read the amendment.'' I accept Senator Pell's opinion as his opinion. I appreciate his comments because he is a thoroughbred gentleman.
