Truckers want clean air. We all want clean air and clean water, but let's let the free market figure this out. Free market always does better than Government heavy-handedness.

Given the higher costs along the coast, it is evident, to me at least, that an increased CONUS COLA is something that would greatly benefit Coasties and servicemembers stationed in these areas.
