Of the amounts authorized to be appropriated by section [4902(2)(A)] of title 14, United States Code, as amended by section [___] of this title, for each of fiscal years 2022 and 2023, $60,000,000 is authorized for the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating to fund Phase I, in fiscal year 2022, and Phase II, in fiscal year 2023, for the recapitalization of the barracks at the United States Coast Guard Training Center Cape May in Cape May, New Jersey.
