They are afraid to do their job in Philadelphia. That is the issue we are talking about today.

I have spoken loudly and strongly and will continue to do so for what we now call community grants.

In my opinion, no more funds should be allocated to these hemorrhaging money pits.

I think that in these really frugal times... we perhaps could spend our money better.
