Mr. Speaker, I yield myself such time as I may consume. Mr. Speaker, I rise in support of H.R. 5102, the Substance Use Disorder Workforce Loan Repayment Act. This bill would create a loan repayment program to provide loan repayment assistance to substance use disorder providers in exchange for providing substance use disorder treatment and recovery support services in areas with high need for such services. Mr. Speaker, I urge my colleagues to support this legislation. I thank the main sponsor, Representative Clark, for her leadership and Representative Sarbanes.
