I think Secretary Pompeo made the first-ever announcement of sanctions on Iran during the Ministerial Advancement, the summit.

There needs to be, I think, a precedence that says we are just not going to roll over, look the other way.

What is the holdup? Hopefully, that will be remedied very soon.
