the D and C, the D and E, which are late-term dismemberment abortion methods, and the saline abortion method are routinely done in abortion mills in this country. There's nothing obscure about that, as suggested by the last speaker. If this language is approved, if the DeLauro amendment is approved, these methods of killing will begin in our military hospitals, turning them into abortion mills. That would be an outrage. Let's not facilitate abortion. Vote `no'' on the DeLauro amendment.
