Reclaiming my time, it goes further than that. There would be many actions that would be very easily construed to be illegal under the bill. People walking and picketing in front of a clinic and clinics where sidewalks are next to the accessway, where actions will be brought because an abortionist will construe this to be a violation and initiate federal action.
