Middle East has oil. China has rare earths.

It is our humble opinion that without them, the green energy technologies that all of us want and desire today will not be possible.

It is not very productive to spend time blaming China or to seek legal threats or sanctions or whatever against China.

We need to act. We need to not depend on those legal actions to get where we need to go today.
