Together with my other two colleagues, Dr. Arthur Caplan, director of medical ethics with New York University's Langone Medical Center and Dr. Centurion, a practicing physician in California, we have launched a petition on the White House website urging President Obama to speak out and help stop this gruesome practice on December 2, 2012.
