I do want to thank the gentleman from California (Mr. Sherman) for his very eloquent remarks and strong support for this resolution. I urge support and passage of this resolution. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Smith) that the House suspend the rules and agree to the concurrent resolution, H. Con. Res. 121, as amended.
