“Madam Speaker, I would like to express my strong support for the Uyghur Policy Act, of which I am a proud cosponsor. But more than expressing strong support for this necessary piece of legislation, all of us must continue to show strong support for the oppressed people of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and beyond.
