The ARC tunnel project was a fatally flawed project that projected $2-3 billion over budget, every dollar of which would have to be absorbed by New Jersey taxpayers only.

I think it's a very tight, concise decision. I don't think there's any grounds for appeal.

I want to see who gets elected. You look at folks like Mike Lawler in New York or Mark Molinaro in New York. Those are the kind of Republicans who will be responsible about certifying an election.

This is not a message of unity in the face of what could have been a national tragedy.
