I think that is what people want back home. I think that is what they are demanding. I think our process--and I have done an awful lot of town meetings, when we talk about responsibility to our constituents, coming back home, being available, talking to them, doing town meetings, being available in our offices for office hours, seeing our constituents, having an open door policy--I think where people are in trouble is when they do not provide this opportunity. That is why we will get better respect for Members of Congress and this institution, I think, as we lift the veil of secrecy and we open up, come out of the closet, and let us debate the item or the proposal based on the merits. I think that is what this thing is all about. Let us talk about it on the merits. Let us give everybody a shot at it. Let us then vote it up or down and move on to the next item. I think that is what it is all about.
