I am concerned about the possibility that if the legislation were written in such a way, or if contracting guidelines were scoped in such a way that companies could find loopholes, then that would be disastrous for us.
Really for Federal employees to do their job based on data and the evidence in front of them and be able to voice their concerns impartially.
I expect when somebody contracts with the Federal Government that they will put the people of the United States interests first.
