Romance scams are devastating – both financially and emotionally – to people who are looking for connection and instead find themselves targeted and exploited by global criminal enterprises.

I am pleased to see this bill signed into law and I will continue working with my colleagues of both parties to protect taxpayer dollars and increase government transparency.

I will keep advocating to bring federal grant dollars back to New Hampshire to support historic sites like Canterbury Shaker Village.

Canterbury Shaker Village is an important part of New Hampshire’s history and gives visitors an opportunity to learn about the Shakers and their unique way of life.
