I am truly hopeful that the threat of these kinds of consequences will help ensure that Senators from both sides of the aisle can come together and work out a clean budget deal without any poison pills.

I am concerned about the possibility that if the legislation were written in such a way, or if contracting guidelines were scoped in such a way that companies could find loopholes, then that would be disastrous for us.

Simply put, if you want to contract with the U.S. Government... then at a bare minimum you need to comply with U.S. law.
