The Securing a Strong Retirement Act and RISE Act in the House, as well as the Improving Access to Retirement Savings Act--a Senate bill co-sponsored by Senator Maggie Hassan (D-NH) along with Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and James Lankford (R-OK)--would allow for 403(b) plans to be offered as PEPs.
Hassan supports legislation to include 403(b) plans in pooled employer plans.
