Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on Veterans' Affairs be discharged and the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of the following bills en bloc: H.R. 5481, H.R. 6722, H.R. 6863, H.R. 7903, H.R. 7925, and S. 5016. There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the Senate proceeded to consider the bills en bloc.

Simply put, if you want to contract with the U.S. Government... then at a bare minimum you need to comply with U.S. law.
[Instead,] Secretary Kennedy is using a position of great power to continue to exploit the vulnerabilities of millions of Americans, all for the purpose of spreading his own unfounded and fully debunked beliefs.
It is outrageous that these companies... are putting profiting off of their deals with the Saudis over protecting the national security interests of the United States.
I continue to call on the FAR Council... to provide better guidance to agencies on how to handle conflicts of interest.
