I think one of the issues that is kind of perpetual is that adults tend to focus on adults when we set policy. And we really need to put our kids first.

I am concerned about the possibility that if the legislation were written in such a way, or if contracting guidelines were scoped in such a way that companies could find loopholes, then that would be disastrous for us.
I expect when somebody contracts with the Federal Government that they will put the people of the United States interests first.
