I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of S. 4089, which was introduced earlier today. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 4089) to restore entitlement to educational assistance under Veterans Rapid Retraining Program in cases of a closure of an educational institution or a disapproval of a program of education, and for other purposes. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
