I joined the bill, along with Senators Rick Scott and Marco Rubio, to ensure contracting firms are using taxpayer funds ...
Simply put, if you want to contract with the U.S. Government...then at a bare minimum you need to comply with U.S. law.
I expect when somebody contracts with the Federal Government that they will put the people of the United States interest...
I want that balance to be in a more conservative direction.
