I think that would go a long way to explain to the American public why there are other, more effective ways to utilize our resources to make sure we secure the border.

I expect when somebody contracts with the Federal Government that they will put the people of the United States interests first.
I am concerned about the possibility that if the legislation were written in such a way, or if contracting guidelines were scoped in such a way that companies could find loopholes, then that would be disastrous for us.
It is outrageous that these companies... are putting profiting off of their deals with the Saudis over protecting the national security interests of the United States.
