I continue to call on the FAR Council... to provide better guidance to agencies on how to handle conflicts of interest.
I expect when somebody contracts with the Federal Government that they will put the people of the United States interest...
Simply put, if you want to contract with the U.S. Government...then at a bare minimum you need to comply with U.S. law.
