The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 861) remembering the December 6, 2019, terrorist attack at Naval Air Station Pensacola and commemorating those who lost their lives, and those who were injured, in the line of duty. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
