After months of legislative procedure and weeks of waiting for the bill to hit her desk, Ayotte on Thursday signed House Bill 1433.

This bill is nearly identical to the Senate bill I vetoed last month, as well as two other bills I have vetoed. These bills are overly broad, poorly drafted, and create the potential for substantial litigation.

It's going to be fantastic.

I signed House Bill 1460 into law, which prohibits the sale of data for a child under the age of 13.
