Mr. President, I thank the Senator from Georgia for his leadership on the Armed Services Committee and also for the important work he has been doing as the vice chair of the Intelligence Committee to make sure our country is protected. He is particularly knowledgeable on these issues of how we treat detainees, and we did have a detailed colloquy on the floor.
