It just strikes me as that there was a very lack of communication here in a way that has pretty significant implications...
the priority of defending this Nation and having the funding for our troops and what you need to do should be our priori...
I know your initial testimony about the important work that the Coast Guard is doing on drug interdiction and disrupting...
I would agree with that description.
