The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: Relating to the force structure for strategic airlift aircraft) At the end of subtitle C of title I, add the following: SEC. 136. STRATEGIC AIRLIFT AIRCRAFT FORCE STRUCTURE. Section 8062(g)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended-- (1) by striking ``October 1, 2009'' and inserting ``October 1, 2011''; and (2) by striking ``316 aircraft'' and inserting ``301 aircraft''.
