I would just start, as I mentioned in my opening statement, Secretary McGinn, I wanted to follow up, which I had raised in the full Armed Services Committee yesterday, about the reprogramming requests for the shipyard, on the P-266 structural shops consolidation, which we believe actually can save some money because it is, unfortunately, falling apart at the moment.
