I'm going to be submitting a question for the record, particularly to you and Mr. Cunningham, to get your perspective on what changes you think need to be made to make sure how we can improve the Federal Government's role in the fishing management area, probably a little more specific than Senator Rubio's; I appreciated his questions, but we really need your advice on this because it's just unacceptable where we are.
